Swap-bot

To Anonymous who left a message about whether it's fair to leave feedback for a "no send" only 7 days after the "mail by date" of the swap. Sorry if it offends you however when I leave the ratings for the swaps I don't get, I also state that I will change the feedback once something arrives. If something doesn't arrive, feedback remains the same. Otherwise, I am a very sincere person and I will change the feedback once I get something. Keep in mind that I have been screwed out of 7 swaps total despite the fact that I have mailed every single one of mine. It's pretty sad when you can't count on swappers sending their packages. As of today's date, I still yet to receive the 7 swaps. So if you mailed the swap, I should have received it or will receive it shortly. Of course I have no idea which swap we are talking about since you didn't state which one you mailed off or will be mailing off.

I completely agree, I do the same I leave feedback and then go back and change it. That way I am sure to leave feedback for every swap I participate in.

Wow, 7 times and you still do it? I guess it's because of the nice things we do receive. I've had one thing not arrive, another thing never commented on (it was my best swap gift too) and another very disappointed recipient who left me a bad score because I was late - it was a kid exchange and my kid broke his ankle, not very understanding...

Hope you get some good luck soon! Any suggestions for swaps other than on swap-bot?

Yes Jen , you do the same and look how it turned out in my case.

Anyways, because of rotten apples, good people who keep their part of the bargain are "badly rated" 7 days (seven!) after the deadline. It might seem right to you to control things but you really give a sense of distrust from the start even if the person in question as record of always keeping his/her word.

And please, if one signs up for international swaps, even if one send on priority plane and spends MORE that what the packages is woth, it won't take less than 7 working days. Learn to be patient, learn from past bad experiences , use the swap organizer to assure you the best way she can you won't be cheated, study the swap participants, complain before the swap date starts if there are participants who have no means to contact, no profile, or history of not sending (you can know this through her/his rate), but most of all, a little respect to us good swapper would be appreciated. You Jen know on first hand perfectly what I mean.

all the best.
