Here you can see the ice storm that hit NY. These pictures were taken in my back yard of the trees covered in inches of ice. All the white you see is ice. The other image is taken from my driveway looking up my road. We were without power for 4 days. Others were without for up to 9 days. Roads were impossible to drive on due to downed trees and wires in the roads. It was very cold. Such crazy weather but boy it looked beautiful afterwards.

Beautiful! I used to love it when you would go outside and all of the trees were covered with hoar frost. Where I live now it gets icy, but I have yet to experience something like your ice here. Brrrr! It makes me cold just looking at it! I hope you and your family are warm and well. - sp
